They are protected by the Law on copyright and related rights and any use of content from the Website without the consent of Family Care Ltd. is a violation of the law, from which civil, administrative-criminal or criminal liability may ensue.
The General Terms and Conditions concern the information contained on the Website www.utopiafamily.care about texts, graphic elements, logo, photo material on pages, news, events, videos and presentations, the compilation and arrangement of which are protected by the Law on copyright and related rights.

Family Care Ltd. reserves its right to amend these terms and conditions without having to notify the users of www.utopiafamily.care.

The use of all content of this website will be considered an expression of consent to the above terms and conditions and carries an obligation for compliance with them.

Limitation of liability
Within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions:
A user is any person who uses the services of the Website (www.utopiafamily.care).

In this regard, Family Care Ltd. is not responsible for any damages, including direct and indirect damages, including profits foregone, which a user of the Website would suffer under any circumstances, related to the published content on the Website and access to the Website. By using the Website, users assume all risks associated with this, including any risk to end-user devices, software or user data.
Insofar as the content of the Website contains references to content located outside it, the user is aware of the fact that Family Care Ltd. has no control over the content and is not responsible for the consequences of activating links, leading out of the Website.
Family Care Ltd. is not responsible for malicious actions of third parties, the target of which could be the user, when using the Website.

Family Care Ltd. reserves its right to provide part of the content of the Website only to users who have registered their user profile on the Website.
When creating a user account, the user agrees that Family Care Ltd. will process his or her personal data in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Protection Policy, published on the Website.

Rights and obligations of Family Care Ltd.
Family Care Ltd. has the right, and in certain cases the obligation, to publish text, graphic and other information on the Website in connection with its activity and the services it provides, while providing it for the conscientious use of the Users of the Website.
Family Care Ltd. undertakes to provide correctly the information about its activity that is related to the functioning of residence for elderly people UTOPIA FAMILY CARE, which it publishes on the Website.
Family Care Ltd. has the right to publish any type of information and content on the Website that is directly or indirectly related to the activity it carries out, in the form of news, articles and publications through textual and graphic elements.
Family Care Ltd. has the right to retain materials and information that are used and located on the server of the Website as well as to provide them to the relevant state authorities and institutions in the cases where this is reasonably necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests, property and security of Family Care Ltd., as well as to third parties in cases of brought claims in connection with violation of their rights regarding the use and/or distribution of content, published on the Website.
In order to ensure the reliability and security of the content that is published on the Website and the services that Family Care Ltd. provides, Family Care Ltd. reserves its right to seek the assistance of the competent authorities in case of gross violations of the Terms of use of the Website.
Residence for elderly people UTOPIA FAMILY CARE has the right to publish content and information, including but not only in the form of surveys, establishing of feedback with Users of the Website with a view to improving the quality of the products and services that Family Care Ltd. provides. Participation in these activities of Users of the Website is voluntary.
Family Care Ltd. has an obligation to inform the Users of the Website about the purposes of the activities that it carries out through the contact forms, including but not only through surveys, published on the Website. The information received from the Users of the Website will be used only by employees of Family Care Ltd. Family Care Ltd. undertakes to use and process the information and content it has received from the Users of the Website in a lawful and conscientious way.
Use of the website
To the extent that Family Care Ltd. has provided for the possibility for users to upload content to the Website, the latter should not upload any defamatory, obscene, offensive, pornographic or otherwise illegal or content that contradicts morals.

- Rights and obligations of Users
A User, who has accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Website, has the right to use the services, resources and information available on the Website, except in cases where there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions, as well as a Malicious action on his or her part.
Users of the Website have the right, at any time and at their sole discretion, to terminate or stop the use of the content, information, resources and functionalities, provided by the Website. Each User of the Website has the right to give his/her opinion, recommendation and suggestion to the e-mail address indicated above in order to improve the quality of the content, resources, functionalities and information that Family Care Ltd. provides to him/her for use by publishing them on the Website.
A User, who has accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Website, and who has subsequently violated them, is obliged to terminate immediately the use of the content, resources, functionalities and information on the Website. Each User of the Website undertakes not to send, distribute or use in any way whatsoever and not to make available to third parties any kind of information and content, data or materials, placed on the Website by Family Care Ltd. for commercial or other purposes, other than the purposes of the Website.
The User is obliged to indemnify Family Care Ltd. and all third parties for any possible damages suffered and profits foregone, including but not only expenses for attorney fees, incurred as a result of claims brought by and/or damages paid to third parties in connection with the use, sending, distributing, providing content, a resource, functionality, data or any other information, placed on the Website or server of the Website.
The User of the Website is obliged to indemnify Family Care Ltd. and any third parties in cases where the User has committed a Malicious act while using the Website, which has caused damage to the Website and Family Care Ltd. and/or has resulted in foregone profits for Family Care Ltd., its employees, users of services or third parties.
The User of the Website has the right to use the published contact information of the employees of Multiprofile Hospital for Continuous Treatment and Rehabilitation Serdika solely for its purpose. The User is obliged not to use this information for any other reason, including but not only for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes.
Miscellaneous
Family Care Ltd. reserves its right to amend these general terms and conditions at its own discretion, whereas the current Terms and Conditions of use of the Website will be published on it at any time.
The provisions of the legislation in force of Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to all matters, not settled by these General Terms and Conditions.
- Payment by credit/ debit card through the VPOS of DSK
Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business Visa and Mastercard cards
Transactions are carried out through the security programs Mastercard IdentityCheck and VISA Secure.
In terms of security, the maximum amount that can be paid by card is 8 000.00 lv
We do not store any credit and debit card information.
The return of an amount paid by card is refunded to the same card.
