LOCATED IN THE HEART OF ROSENETS PARK, LIFE AT UTOPIA FAMILY ELDERLY CARE RESIDENCE BRINGS A SENSE OF FREEDOM, TRANQUILITY, HARMONY AND PRIVACY. The main building has 47 premises for accommodation, 34 of which are double rooms, 11 single rooms and 2 spacious apartments. Each premise has a private bathroom and a terrace.
A cosy restaurant with a capacity of 90 people, where our guests are fed four times a day, is located on the ground floor.
Suitable for physical therapy and gymnastics, as well as general rehabilitation, which is carried out and controlled by our specialists in this field.
Our outdoor garden will enchant you. Located in the shadow of an oak forest, just a few hundred meters away from the seashore, it provides many opportunities for our guests, one of the most valuable of which is to live in synchrony with and among nature.
The winter garden inside the building has many places for recreation and shared time with friends and relatives.
There are two greenhouses in our garden where our guests can conduct gardening activities, grow vegetables, fruit and plants for their consumption and pleasure, as well as develop their master potential in the adjacent small workshop.
Elderly care residence UTOPIA FAMILY is located in the heart of the picturesque park Rosenets, in one of the endmost hills of Strandzha mountain. The park offers an incredible combination of forest and sea, where the climate is distinguished by a higher average annual temperature, and the coastal parts by the greatest number of sunny days. Just 15 km south of Burgas, Rosenets is a favourite place for generations of citizens of Burgas. Peace, tranquillity and fresh air perfectly describe the atmosphere in the area.
Our guests can enjoy daily pleasant walks through the cool forest paths and take sea baths while enjoying the beautiful shore and the crispy sand under their feet. The best view towards the island of St. Anastasia near Burgas is revealed from the beach too.
There are alcoves, barbecue areas, and meadows with sports facilities everywhere in the park. This is yet another opportunity for our guests to spend their time differently with their relatives, even outside the territory of the residence.
Besides, Utopia Forest Hotel is located in Rosenets Park, which is a part of the brands, owned by our company VORIK GROUP LTD. We provide the opportunity for our guests’ relatives to be accommodated on preferential terms at Utopia Forest so that they can be close to each other during their holidays, and even together.
The location of UTOPIA FAMILY CARE allows us to organise light excursions in Strandzha, known as the “mountain of exoticism and mysticism”. It is a real treasure trove of natural and historical treasures. It is considered a bridge between Europe, Asia and the Mediterranean Sea. There are unique plant species here, different from those in the rest of Bulgaria. The most outstanding among them is the rare Strandzha Rhododendron ponticum - a gorgeous, wild rhododendron, the flowering of which is a tourist attraction. The incredibly dense, centuries-old forests are a real delight for the senses. Мany rivers rise from the mountain and its ornithofauna is one of the richest in Bulgaria.
Strandzha Natural Park is located on the territory of the mountain - the largest protected natural territory in Bulgaria, created to protect the unique ecosystems and biodiversity, as well as to preserve the distinctive Strandzha folklore, culture and historical heritage. Its territory is over 1% of the country’s territory.
The area is considered extremely favourable for conducting climatotherapy and thalassotherapy.
