About the residence
Our building has modern architecture with a total built-up area of 3100 sq. m., consisting of a basement and three floors, built in a separate property with a garden of 4000 sq. m., surrounded by an oak forest.
Accommodation
UTOPIA FAMILY elderly care residence disposes of 47 premises for accommodation, 34 of which are double rooms, 11 single rooms and 2 spacious apartments. Each premise has a private bathroom and a terrace.
Care
A rich programme of individual and group physical activities, intellectual exercises, social, recreational and creative activities, and educational programmes for retaining and developing skills, as well as acquiring new knowledge.
