Easter is a holiday rich in meaning, memories, and a feeling of belonging. At UTOPIA FAMILY CARE, we believe that preserving traditions plays an important role in the emotional well-being of older adults. This year, we marked the holiday with a four-day program engaging residents physically, emotionally, and socially.

Day one was dedicated to dyeing Easter eggs, accompanied by songs, smiles, and shared traditions from different regions.

Day two focused on baking traditional Easter bread, filling the residence with the aroma of warmth and care, enhanced by intergenerational participation.

On day three, residents took part in an art workshop, creating festive decorations that encouraged creativity and social interaction.

The celebration culminated on Easter Day with a visit to the chapel, time with loved ones, and a festive lunch prepared and shared together.

These four days were a reminder that shared traditions and meaningful activities help create a true sense of home and community.
